thomas sadoski-2Sadoski started his stage career that was awarded with awards as an understudy for Mark Ruffalo and Mark Rosenthal in the Off Broadway production of Kenneth Lonergan's critically-acclaimed production This is Our Youth at the Second Stage Theatre. This was the beginning of many productions for the company based in New York. He has performed in numerous Broadway and Off Broadway productions and has also appeared in numerous productions at regional theaters. He was the lead character Greg in Neil LaBute's play Reasons to Be Beautiful at the MCC Theatre with his Newsroom co-star Alison Pill. It was a highly acclaimed Off-Broadway show that was a huge success and sold out. In April 2009, the play moved to Broadway and received three Tony Award nominations: Best Actor: Sadoski; Best Actress: Marin Ireland; Best Play; and three Drama Desk Award nominations: Best Actor, Best Director, Terry Kinney and Best Actor. [6] Neil LaBute gives credit to Sadoski for the noted shift in tone , primarily due to being attractive that was influenced by the playwright's earlier work.
